Chris Fonseca is a Nampa, Idaho artist selected by the ACLU of Idaho to install one of three murals (Moscow, Idaho Falls, and Garden City) as a part of its 25th Anniversary celebration. The commissioned murals revolve around the themes of human and civil rights.
