Jim Everett and Dave Knotts shortly after finishing the Olympic distance (1.5k swim, 40k bike and 10k run) in Emmett's Most Excellent Triathlon on August 7, 2010.

It was a dual to the finish and almost too close to call but the official time had Everett edging out Knotts 2:21:47.23 to 2:21:47.30. Everett and Knot placed nineteenth and twentieth overall and second and third respectively in the men's 55-59 age group.
