Mountain View junior Sam McKinnon, Meridian senior Lila Klopfenstein, Boise sophomore Emily Hamlin, and Vallivue sophomore Mikayla Malaspina lead the pack during the third lap of the Idaho High School State Track and Field Championships 5A 1600 meter run on May 18, 2013 at Eagle High School, Eagle, Idaho.

McKinnon won the race (5:01.87) and was followed by Hamlin (5:02.91) and Klopfenstein (5:03.74), Borah freshman Sara Christianson (5:06.70), Timberline senior Louisa Serpe (5:07.44) and Malaspina (5:08.69).
