The European tradition of the paseo—an evening stroll through the neighborhood with stops along the way for drinks, food, music, and meet ups—got a twist with A Modern Yule Walk.
The event began on Grove Street and included stops at Crazy Neighbor, Grant A Home Shop, Modern Hotel and Bar, Boise Rock School, Txikiteo Boise, FireFusion Studio & Delia Dante Gallery, and Hops & Bottles. Events including a ghost story by local author Alan Heathcock, Christmas tunes by Kamryn Swenson, a contemporary Christmas reading by local actor/writer Jodeen Revere, caroling by Opera Idaho, and live artist demonstrations.
