Freak Alley Gallery in downtown Boise, Idaho on November 3, 2019.

Deja Jones and Connor Marquette concept sketch and their mural painted during Freak Alley Gallery's eighth annual mural event in downtown Boise, Idaho on August 4-11, 2018.

Connor and Deja worked together on the mural. It represents the disconnect between humanity and technology. They wanted to message to be subtle, but something that provoked some thought. The tree was originally going behind the figure but moved to side since "that is just the way the wall works sometimes".
